2. Acceptance of Goods
Once goods are delivered, they are considered "Accepted and Inspected" by the customer unless a non-conformity request is raised and acknowledged at the time of delivery.If you receive an incorrect product, it must be returned in saleable condition and maintained in proper storage conditions.Any issues with any items must be informed to the driver at the same time, after the driver has left it is final.
3. Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about a product, if the product is free from defects, or if the product is available elsewhere at a lower price. Received orders are considered correct and final and can’t be cancelled after receiving it.
4. Fresh, Chilled, and Frozen Products
Due to quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fresh, chilled, or frozen products. To maintain freshness, items such as fish, meat, fruits, and vegetables must be stored immediately after delivery in the refrigerator or freezer. While Superyacht Provisioning ensures the delivery of the freshest products, it is essential that the cold chain process is upheld after delivery.
5. Delivery Information
To ensure the continuous supply of our products, we kindly ask that you adhere to our ordering procedures:
• Orders received before 12:00 PM: Delivery will be made the following day.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM: Delivery will take place the day after next.
We strive to deliver your order on time and minimize any possible delays. However, delivery times may be influenced by the operating hours of our suppliers. In such cases, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery.
6. Price Policy
Please be aware that our prices are subject to change without prior notice, as many products are priced based on availability, seasonality, and market conditions. Additionally, some prices may be adjusted based on the final weight or size of items (e.g., butchery products, vegetables, etc.).
